Cowboys who don’t care/​understand the difference in promise and delivery.
Their initial contact promised an efficient and thorough cleaning job.
On completion simply put — they did not do what they said they would/​I paid for.
The icing on the cake was two sets of curtains stuffed into a cupboard rather than washed and re-​hung as promised.
Will not recommend.

employed Blue Knight to do an end of lease clean at my rental property. The cleaning was outstanding however during the cleaning a wooden venetian blind was broken. The manager of the job, acknowledges that the blind was broken by the cleaner during the cleaning but says that it had a knot in it and must have been previously broken. The blind worked perfectly during the year that I lived in the flat. Blue knight Cleaning are refusing to accept any responsibility for the blind leaving me out of pocket on my bond. Very disappointing, especially considering the good reviews. I would think twice about using this company.
