BHS is now closed and the store is now a Top Shop.

This poor Bhs is getting a little down in the dumps and is in quite desparate need of a re-​vamp. The décor is very old-​fashioned and because it is a relatively small branch, often the size you want is sold out or not in stock in the branch. Having said that, there is the odd bargain available near the front of the shop for small birthday presents or stocking fillers.

BHS is a cheap mostly tacky clothes store. It is a good place to go to buy socks ummm and that is about it.
Their kids section is slightly improving with Tammy clothes becoming available so I would probably recommend it if you have kids (there is no escalator either).
The one time to go is when they have their sales as the prices are now ridiculously cheap and you can usually find something average to wear or a ridiculous jokey gift.
