I had a wonderful experience at the SPA Beauty Works West located at 8 – 9 Lambton Place
Notting Hill (
), London, W11 2SH.
The place was tiny but clean and well organized. The treatments rooms had the right size with nice atmosphere.
The woman who did my massage was so so so great and professional. She tackled my little back problems that no one did before.
Absolutely nice and positive experience, strongly recommended! I will get back as soon as I can!

This place is tucked in a little side street along with Body Works West and Kell Skott Haircare off Westbourne Grove. It has a very soothing ambiance the moment you walk in and the staff were quite courteous and friendly.
I came in for a manicure and I liked the private room as it gives you relaxing spa feel even if you are just getting your nails done. I happened to sit next to the owner and she was so kind. She took the time to tell me all about the other services and facilities available. In addition, she wrote me a page long list of her recommended places in the area from dentists to butchers.
The manicure itself was carefully done and looked great!

this review is based on one time visit for facial
things I like about the place:
1– the very nice American /​Canadian manager at reception
2– the fact that I was not pushed to buy any products after the treatment– I was even given some small samples to try which is brilliant and rarely happen
things I don’t like:
1– when I first entered the building, it was smelling of food ! kind of defy the purpose of being in a spa that should have heavenly relaxing smells
2– the fact that my facial therapists hands smelled of food !!
3– the facial itself — there was nothing outstanding for a facial worth £160 — it was similar to any average facial you can get in an average place around London for £60 or so
