Bagel & Shake

Just down the road from me, we’ve popped in occasionally to grab a quick bite on the way home from wherever.
My son is a huge fan of salmon & cream cheese bagels and he thoroughly enjoys whenever we pick one up from here!
They’re great value compared to buying the ingredients separately and the service was very friendly and efficient!
The interior could be a little nicer, we’ve never sat in! Just a couple of plastic tables and chairs.

good milkshakes but a bit expensive. Delivery times are shocking. Took them 2 and half hours to deliver two milkshakes when I live Less than a mile away. Also the guy on the phone could barely speak English

Nice milk shakes but the type of place you’d take away from, partly because there isn’t much seating but also nothing too special inside. Good on a hot day if you can walk round the park.

The biggest plus point of Bagel & Shake is that it’s open 24 hours. I’ve been there after a few drinks on a night out for some ‘soaking up the booze food’ and it seemed alright…
However there is a lot to be said about the cold light of day — popping into for a quick breakfast bacon sandwich I am unhappy to report that this was absolutely terrible!
I am convinced they used fake bacon — ham that was shaped to look a bit like it. They also added a salad which was all limp and watery and I can safely say as a result I will never go back (although this is my sober self talking).
Prices aren’t a steal and ingredients left out looked a little crusty.
Maybe it’s my fault and I should have stuck to it being drunken food — or to bagels (it was after all a bacon roll), however, if you’re going to offer something, you need to do it well.

This is one of the best kept secrets in West Ealing. Tucked away down a side street off of Uxbridge Road, they are easily overlooked. But, once you try their delicious food and freshly made smoothies and shakes, you will be coming back for more! It isn’t just Bagels either! They offer other sandwich type meals too. Their smoothies and shakes are made fresh too. They also deliver as well! The décor is cool and trendy and the staff are welcoming and efficient. It’s only a small place but service is quick and the food is always great. One small criticism I would have is the wheelchair access is not good with a step at the front of the building. How about a ramp, guys???
