Have used this cab firm on and off for years now. My old flat mate was known by name here and as a result we always got blinding service. More recently when I’ve ordered under my name there have been delays (or in one case, no cab at all).
Mini cab firms are a strange area of business to review… I was a keen user of Addison Lee for years because they were reliable and on time. However, Astoria are much cheaper for shorter journeys (Add Lee have a minimum £10 fare) and, if you go into the firm to get your cab you’ll definitely get where you going quickly and at a decent price.
