Accessorize

I went to this branch on Wednesday morning on my commute intending to buy my friend in Australia a b/​day gift or two but of course came out with gifts for her and me — two for you, one for me, etc. ;-)
I was impressed to see that the previously stellar customer service in this branch had now upgraded to exceptional and both members of staff were really helpful, friendly and chatty but not over the top.
The only lowpoint (and this was no fault of the staff’s) was whilst I was paying a member of the public shamefully walked in, loudly jabbering on on her phone, and blatantly spritzed herself with perfume and then brashly walked out. I couldn’t believe it and then the girl serving me said we get that all the time, along with people coming in and using the mirrors to do their make up — rude and disgraceful I tell ya!
