As other reviewers have noted, very expensive, and a small hole in the knee of my suit(which they assumed could be fixed) was turned into quite a large darned patch. Avoid!

They do a good job, but charge a ridiculous amount. £26.50 for a 2 piece suit?! £20 for a dress?! I will never be going back.

The standard of dry cleaning here is really impressive. They have cleaned all of my leather dresses and jackets(one of which was covered in sick, but that’s another story). They’re very fast, and I have to admit the 24 hour locker makes it so much easier to pick up your things. However, the costs are really extortionate. I paid £25 for a sweater to be dry cleaned. The leather dress was £58, and it’s crazy how much they charge. I would probably only return to dry clean my most prized possessions that I feel no other dry cleaner would do justice. For regular work shirts or other items, I would go elsewhere.

OMG! OMG! Dropped off a blouse to be dry cleaned and a shirt to be washed and hung. They wanted £25!!! £14.50 for the blouse and £9.50 for washing a shirt. No effin’ way. Took my clothes and marched on! That is robbery!

I’ve used 5 Star Dry Cleaners twice now, and both times have been impressed with the quality of the dry cleaning and the tailoring(I had a suit button repaired as well). 5 stars definitely for the quality, but 2 stars for the price… it’s obscenely expensive… expect to pay upwards of 4 pounds to dry clean a dress shirt! They have this nifty 24 hour locker, which enables you to pick up your dry cleaning anytime even when the cleaners is closed. Seriously, it’s the neatest thing I’ve seen at a dry cleaners and worth just trying it!
