I experienced great customer services in this store all of the staff are very knowledgeable about the service that Vodafone provides. Special mention to the manager who is great and very please R to talk to and ever so helpful.

Very good, I’ve been using Vodafone and the Vodafone shop since January 1999. The staff are dressed nicely in the company’s uniform, the service has always been very good, there is a great range of quality products and some of the deals I’ve been offered over the years have been very good.
I always seem to have a decent signal with Vodafone both for mobile and internet usage!

My girlfriend has been a customer of Vodafone for some years now and recently the level of service seems to have dramatically dropped in terms of quality which has resulted in us paying many visits to this store in particular. Although the company as a whole seem to have performed quite poorly in this instance this store has been an exception due to their excellent customer care.
The staff here are great and have always been understanding of the problems my girlfriend has experienced and they have turned out to be a lot more helpful than the frustratingly slow phone staff.
The store itself is what you would expect from this company i.e. well run and well set out but the staff really mark it out as an excellent outlet.
