Shelter Shop

Shelter is a charity shop selling a wide range of second-​hand clothes and other miscellaneous items at fairly low prices, so you will always find a bargain in here if that’s what you’re after.
I have not actually bought anything from here as I seldom shop at charity stores; I often don’t find any item that attracts me with the exception of Oxfam on odd occasions. I have however, donated items of clothing to Shelter which were all in good condition. Even though it was no big deal, the woman who took my unwanted items did not even smile or kindly acknowledge my donation which I thought was rude. This gave me the impression that she was just expecting this to happen.
After this experience, I would never donate anything else here again. Places like Oxfam would always appreciate a donation no matter the size or quantity of the item (s).
