Oakley is a satisfactory shop for buying fashionable clothes, some of which come at affordable prices and at good quality. I would avoid prices at the high-end though. Expect to find items such as sungalsses, watches, casual jeans and trendy shirts to the latest in seasonal wear. Most of these are in plain colours so there is nothing too striking that it would stand out half a mile away! It is always worth a gander in here because the staff take care of you well and it is a comfortable shopping environment to be in — both spacious and not overheated.

If i hadn’t spent my student overdraft on feeding myself and going out, i would have definitely spent it in the Oakley shop! The crisp and bright interior of this shop is very inviting and the staff have a decent reange of product knowledge. Whilst Oakley’s products are a little on the expensive side, the quality far exceeds what you would expect so it is worth looking in. At the end of the winter/summer is the best time to go as they have a great sale to shift out of date stock such as their excellent skiing goggles.

‘Block the glares without losing the stares’ Before discovering this Oakley store, I always thought the company just sold stylish sunglasses for surfers, wakeboarders, snowboarders, ski-iers and cyclists. Now I know they produce all kinds of aparrel and accesories to go with the sunglasses from shirts, sweaters, hoodies and shirts to beach hats, baseball caps and rucksacks. Most of it is in plain bold colours that tap into the outdoor lifestyle whilst others have colourful patterns or logos. Prices are reasonable considering the quality of their materials and there’s even a tee-shirt designed by visual artist and Radiohead cohort, Stanley Donwood.
