Was excited at 1st, i love harvey nichols, and as i waked in it the interior was amazing, like a fairytale. so was the gentleman at the door who greeted us. but the staff… oh dear hats what brought me back to the earth. i have spoke to staff at 5 different counters, the only decent trained staff member who was actually polite and smiling, keen to serve was a lady at Crème de la mere. teh otehr 4– now i knwo what teh word«scally» means. there is non of these«yes ma-am, no ma-m», no keenness, they take no notice if you, dont apologise if they get distructed by someone else, one even«told me off» for putting my fingers in teh pot of crème and did not bother apologising either. they just acted like they gave you favour when they spoke to you. when i asked to help me with something it was clear they didnt really want to and were trying to avoide it if they could instead of giving you as much as they can before you even ask, liek they do in london and Manchester stores. hm
