I like this place, it is small and almost hidden away but when you take the time to look you find a good solid establishment.
There are no heirs and graces with this place it is just simple good haircuts at very good prices.
The staff are great, they are friendly and listen to what you want as well as doing their best to make sure that you are not waiting too long to get served.
This place reminds me of an old style cut throat barber shop and I love it, it has a real genuine feel to it and the kind of personal touch which is sadly lacking in many modern day establishments. I mean there are too manyy pretentious hair salons who will charge a kings ransom for a dodgy cut and yet people will still flock to them in an unrelenting sheep like manner. This is a sad state of affairs when decent places like this one are still trading but losing business, so men of Liverpool and fellow businesses sit up and take notice as David’s is showing you the correct way to run a good honest business.

…is the easiest way to describe David’s barber shop on London Road. Situated underneath one of the houses opposite to the hospital, this small friendly barber shop is ideal for most haircuts without the heavy price tag.
The strong student base around the local area clearly benefits this small business, David’s works as an advantage for the local community by presenting a more traditional option compared to the likes of Voodou in town who work out to cost double or triple in comparison with David’s.
