yes got my dress here but staff practically ignored me. I was confused when I walked in as was quickly shown these are the dresses and this is the fitting room (just a space behind a rail) them woman disappeared. When I asked who would help me in and out of the dresses, I was told it was self-​service. No mention of this on the site, in fact it says there is someone to help if needed. Didn’t see the woman at all until I went upstairs. Definitely have a look for dresses here, however I am giving 2 stars due to non existent customer service towards me after I had travelled from London and my family had travelled from Ireland which they knew about. When I emailed just saying I had a bad experience, they didn’t even reference my comments.

It has all sorts of dresses in and is very different to a normal shop. You book an appointment and go and look through all the dresses (there are hundreds of them on rails!) and the great part is that they’re all the top labels from the high street wedding shops but for much less! No dress is more than £300. Mine had a price tag of £1200 but was only £300! You can then either put a deposit on it and pay it off or pay for it then. Then you can go back and have a fitting with their seamstress (Angela is lovely!) a couple of weeks before the wedding. You don’t get the same fuss as in an expensive shop but they have made the place as nice as possible and then you can go off for a glass of wine in Liverpool afterwards!
