Captivating Brides

I have visited Captivating Brides (at both the old and new premises) on many different occasions not just for my wedding dress but also my bridesmaids and I have had a bridesmaid dress bought for me from there. On entering the shop you are made to feel very welcome and you feel like you have all the time in the world to browse through the beautiful dresses.
You do not feel pressured into buying or trying on any of the dresses. The proprietor was very helpful and did not by any means push you into buying/​trying on any of the dresses.
I have since been and purchased mine and my bridesmaids dresses along with all my accessories.
I would HIGHLY recommend Captivating Brides to any Bride-​to-​be!!!

I cannot believe the state of the shop on the exterior and the interior upon arrival and the welcome we received from the proprietor when we arrived it was absolutely horrendous. She sat on a chair in the shop and just told us to root a dress out ourselves!!!
My friend was anxious about trying dresses on and as this was the first shop we went to it certainly wasn’t the experence she should have had. She did try one dress on which wasn’t the size she was told it was and this didn’t help her build her confidence whatsoever. We couldn’t get out of the shop quick enough.
It goes against the grain to even award one star.
I can however add that we went on to another lovely bridal shop in Huyton and they couldn’t have been anymore helpful and my friend found her dream dress.
