This is a good well established bank in the city, it as gone through many changes over the years and now reflects the face of modern banking
With just a few cash machines in the corner in the vast area of the old bank
The bank used to be a vibrant place with lines of cashiers to deal with your banking needs on an individual basis
Now it self service, but with friendly staff on hand to assist you with any account queries you may have or if you need help using the self service machines

This bank is one of the worst i have ever used, although I only use this bank for work purposes the impression I am left with is not one that would entice me to be a customer.
It is usually clean and tidy, despite the occasional pidgeon managing to make the bank its home.
This bank is full of machines and only has 3 counters for customers to deal with actual people, of which quite often only 1 is open.
The bank regularly runs out of change and is unable to provide the service we pay for as a business.
