staff are poorly trained. management are hopeless and treat everyone like dirt including their staff who aren’t even allowed to carry water with them in hot weather. I have seen the main management Simon (Barber i think) walk into the store hungover and crash out on the ice-​cream freezer at the front of the store next to the entrance.
