Reasonably priced beer, good cover outside for the smokers.
Friendly atmosphere.
Toilets are horrible but i guess there are not many pubs that aren’t.

This is a bit of a locals pub but a good place to get decent reasonably priced beer to start the evening off.
I prefer Sundays lunchtimes when its a bit quieter than evenings.
The menu is standard pub grub chicken, burgers ect. but is well priced and they often have food deal offers so worth a try.

Old man’s pub that’s been done up nicely, so it’s clean and spacious. Quite a lot of beers on tap — Stella, Carlsberg Cold, Fosters, Staropramen and lots more, plus decently priced food — 2 for 1 offers on main courses during the week make it worth a visit now we’re in a credit crunch and that.
They do a chicken AND beef burger, for those who like two meats to a meal, which comes with chips and onion rings. If you have to many of them though, you’ll end up with the same name as the pub. Hee hee.

good food reasonable price. nice décor, decent price for a pint. the toilets are manky. good place for a drink before heading into town (turn up on a friday night and you’ll see a lot of other people have this idea) also good for a lazy sunday drink.
