Last nights Christmas Party was awesome Legends had ABBA, Tom Jones and MJ food was good, drinks were reasonably priced and my mates got well leathered on the cocktails.

We had our work christmas party here last night, and apparently it was awesome. I say apparently, because mostly I was too drunk to remember a huge amount. I do remember that the food was tasty, and that the staff at the bar were especially friendly, and that there were plenty of loos, apart from there wasn’t much soap in them. I also remember that when I asked for a jug of water it resulted in being given two bottles of Evian and a jug for £3, which wasn’t what I’d really expected. Note to self: stipulate TAP water.
The entertainment was mint. George Michael, Elton and Freddie Mercury and a cameo from Brian May to boot. Loved it. Much jumping around and that.
The only gripe was that the ladies all had their handbags searched before they were allowed in, which p*ssed me off because (a) we had intended to sneak some booze in and had to run round the corner and drink it on a bench dead quick, and (b) lots of the lads had hip flasks in their jackets but none of them got searched. Sexist much?
