I’ve never known the branch of Nat West to be quite so busy as this one. The queue is sometimes out the door and it’s immensely time-​consuming to use this place. Invariably not enough windows are being used by the staff and as a result it’s permanently packed. The people who work here are less than efficient too. It’s also the branch the chavs and such like to use so you are sure to be rubbing shoulders in the small queueing area with various low lifes who often have rows with the cashiers! Avoid this branch and take a 5 minute stroll to the one in Park Row — nicer staff and generally smaller queues.
