Chapel Allerton Holistic Centre

This holistic centre is ideally situated in Chapel Allerton and offers a wide range of complementary health treatments and therapies, from physiotherapy to Reiki to Past Life Regression. It is made up of a group of self-​employed practitioners that are all very qualified and experienced in their field.
If, like me, you get a bit confused just looking at their leaflet with the seemingly endless options there is a solution! They have ‘open advice’ sessions three times a week where you can speak to someone about your problem and they will advise you of the best treatment or support. This is great especially if you don’t quite know what some of the treatments are or if you don’t feel great and haven’t been given the attention you need from the NHS. Most of the practitioners are qualified in more than one area. If you do know what you are looking for you can call the individual practitioner to make an appointment.

Great centre. Jean is an amazing woman and their are some lovely therapists. Amanda who does shiatsu is wonderful and sarah who does acupuncture is brilliant– i swear by her (she s got me through a thing or two and made me float off to zen like reality!) Lovely xx
