Wow — I love this place! Just a little hole in the wall with enough room to squeeze a few people through into the shop — it ticks all the boxes as to what an ice cream shop should be! You may need to brave long queues though guys because they’re always huge! You can see why though when the ice cream is such good quality. On my latest visit I hit the rhubarb and custard and crème caramel flavours and for £2.90 a double scoop tub it was so so worth it. Perfect to enjoy in Knaresboro castle yard on a sunny day!

If you’re visiting Knaresborough then your trip isn’t complete without popping into Brymor’s for the tastiest ice cream around(not that I’m biased being Yorkshire born and bred!). It’s a teeny tiny shop that sells around 15 different flavours of ice cream including delights such as rhubarb crumble and almond praline, often changing what’s on offer. It really is super delicious with a gorgeous creamy texture and a proper depth of flavour, without being sickly sweet. Prices start from £1.90 for an adult single scoop cone or tub and is perfect for an indulgent treat whilst you stroll around Knaresborough Castle yard just a few minutes away.

Yummy ice cream of high quality — I am very picky. Lots of flavours. Prices are ok. It is a little walk in ice cream shop — no sitting in. but when the weather is good — Knaresborough is nice to have a look round. Nearly went back for a second helping. Definitely going again very soon — like next weekend. ;-)
