Pudding & Pie

This week in Pie News:
Pudding & Pie is a Kirkham-​based business that I came across months ago in Preston station where they had a stall. I spend a great deal of time in stations across the North and Midlands which means I eat terribly because, as delicious as McCoys are, a packet of crisps is not a meal. I was therefore extremely excited to buy a good quality jumbo sausage roll from these guys and have looked out for them ever since, only to be disappointed.
Last Friday however I was delighted to see the pies, brownies and sausage rolls on show and it turns out they are at Preston station just the last Thursday and Friday of every month, so I guess I’ll have to try and get cases there on those days from now on!
I would highly recommend the pies, I tried a spicy sweet potato one that was delicious and the cheese and black pudding was excellent too. They do have all the classic variations as well, but great to see more inventive choices. As previously experienced, the sausage roll is also good. PIES.
