Standard Yo! sushi, same every one you go to but it does the job. It’s not the best sushi you will ever eat but if you just want a bit of tempura & a maki roll then this quickly does the job. Items come around on a conveyer belt and you pick off what you want. If you don’t see something you want then you can always order off the menu. Wherever you sit there is a button you can press to get the waiters attention, each one blurting out something different. Yesterday was a bit embarrassed as ours screeches out«Hurry up, Hurry up to Bar 9»

Well, it’s a Yo! Sushi. Not bad, but pretty standard to every other Yo! Sushi I’ve visited. This location in The Bentall Centre seems to be consistently busy, but the staff keep people moving, so I’ve never had to wait more than a few minutes for a table. The sushi is standard fare, though you can order some interesting items from the menu, which you can watch the kitchen make from your front row seat behind the conveyor belt. The bar seating isn’t terribly comfortable, but I don’t think you’re generally meant to stay and hang out, so I guess it works. All in all, not a bad stop for a quick sushi fix if you’re in Kingston.
