The anvil Inn is a lovely, quiet traditional pub. They serve great food and the staff are friendly. If it is a buzzing atmosphere you are looking for then this is not the place for you but you would have realised this before deciding to take the trip to it’s middle of nowhere location.
To be honest it is hard to fault this place in any way.
