Its 16 degrees, the sun roasting and the sky is crystal clear! You don’t fancy staying in watching another re run of every show sky have put on, your BBQ went on fire last time you used it and you fancy letting your better half take you out!
Imagine the nicest day of the summer! Imagine picturesque views and a shimmering loch!
This is such an ideal place for a summers dinner and is stunning in the winter!

I’ve dined a few times now at The Boathouse as we used to live nearby.
The food is fabulous, not had a bad meal there yet. The sweet potato dauphinoise is out of this world!
A little on the pricey side, but the lovely setting, attentive service and great food makes it worth it. Also, if you sign up for the free loyalty cards, you soon rack up points for a free meal.
Breakfast is also pretty great — a lot of choice on the breakfast menu and opens nice and early. Can’t wait to go in the summer and sit out on the deck!
