K L M Headland

This taxi firm is totally unreliable! Do not use them. I carefully ordered a taxi to take me to the station the day before I required it. KLM never showed up and I missed my train. Two days later I (foolishly) ordered another taxi to take me into town to get some lunch. KLM told me the taxi would pick me up in 10 minutes. After 30 minutes I called again and was told «Cab 38 is on its way». After an hour I called again and was told the taxi had come and gone because no one was home. Apparently the driver was incapable of pressing the door bell or perhaps I was supposed to sit on the front step in the rain and the cold waiting for KLM to deign to show up. I finally got a taxi 1 hour and 15 minutes after I had ordered it and could have walked into town and back in that time.
