Disgraceful
We took our car into GKS to have the heater repaired. When I collected it the heating was working, but I was told they had broken a clip and that a replacement part was on order.
Several days later as we noticed the dashboard collapsing in on itself, we took it to back to be told that several clips were broken, but that only the initial clip was the fault of GKS and they could not be held responsible for all the other damage as we did not report it at the time of collection.
Our car now also leaks like a sieve through the dash, which has damaged all the electrics. It is going to cost us a fortune to have this put right, and even if GKS had offered to foot the bill, I would not have let them anywhere near my car again.
