This is a unit that is located with in Alder Carr farm and is run by a lady called Pauline she is an expert in all types of cakes from wedding, celebration cakes to Christmas cakes. They also sell all the ingredients that you could dream of needing to make that special cake. You can also but the ribbons to decorate the cakes buy the ready made marzipan, icing boards, boxes and tools to help decorate the cakes that you make.
They also have a range of cake tins and wedding cake stands are for hire.
Pauling is very friendly and only too willing to offer help and advice on these, the best items and methods to use.
Opening times are Tuesday to Saturday 10am to 5pm but it may be worth calling to book an appointment.
