I went in to the store today to pay my final payment and to bring home my Moses basket, should have been a special moment or at least had a smile from at least one of the two absolutely ridiculously miserable and unhelpful staff, if anything I was made to feel awkward and like I was in the wrong for been in the shop, unbelieveable! I won't be going back there to purchase another single thing. The sooner they get their other young girl back off maternity leave the better. Thanks for ruining what should have been a lovely thing for me and my partner!!!

Great nursery items and prams at reasonable prices. Shop is a litle but cramped and difficult to get around with young children and prams, but if you’re on your own then it’s worth a look.

Silver Cross is a small baby store in the city centre, which can be expensive but is very popular. I believe this is because it stocks classic stock, and everything from there will last for years.
Silver Cross stocks a range of prams, both large ‘from birth’ prams, and buggies, as well as high chairs, baby walkers, baby baths, moses baskets and cots– basically everything baby related you can think of, apart from clothing.
The only problem I find with this store is that it is very difficult to get around with a pram, being so small. Also, the cots and moses baskets are kept upstairs, with no disabled or pram access.
