A must visit while in Brighton! I’ve been twice and each time the staff has blown me away with their sweetness and friendliness. You won’t find a better place to eat! Smoothies are amazing and the food even better! Honestly you’ve got to try this place.

I can’t recommend the Café at Caribou Rooms highly enough. The staff is friendly, the atmosphere is warm and inviting and the food, coffee and juices are to die for. It’s even reasonably priced! Upon hearing about my enthusiasm for American pancakes, and about a recent disappointment at another nearby café, the server informed the kitchen to make them extra fluffy. The chef even came out with a bottle of real maple syrup and gave me an extra drizzle! I’ll come back to the Café at Caribou Rooms again and again.
