Baked

Baked is my new go-​to place for coffee, cake, and work.
I’ve been looking for the perfect coffee place in Brighton and Hove to work from and people watch for the past couple of weeks, and Baked has opened up just 2 minutes away from my house!
I was greeted by some very friendly staff, and we chatted away after I ordered some coffee and some apple and cinnamon flapjack. I knew I would love it here when I noticed they had the ‘Dreamgirls’ soundtrack playing in the background!
As for the coffee, it is really, really nice. The apple and cinnamon flapjack was simply divine, one of the best I have ever tasted. The members of staff were so friendly, and informed me that everything is baked/​made on site, which is brilliant — I am not a fan of pre packed sandwiches and cakes!
I write this review as I am sat here again, with a latte and a ham, pesto, pepper and rocket sandwich. It’s delightful, the ham is off the bone and so delicious!
If I could give baked an extra star, I most definitely would. I can see myself coming here regularly!
