I went into Computer Gallery when I lived in High Wycombe because my laptop charger broke. I wanted them to fix it or to buy another one and when I was in there it started working again so they just said to bring it back if it started playing up again. The guy was nice and I did think at the time that he could have ripped me off by pretending to fix it or sell me another one, rather than just admitting that it had started working again!
The shop itself is biggish and they sell computers and accessories. I think they are both new and second hand computers.
