Haven’t rented a property with them which I actually think is a shame (but they didn’t have a suitable property) the staff are VERY friendly & helpful and went out of their way to try to find us a property in our budget & preferred area.
Their agency fee’s are reasonable — full charge for 1st tenant then £30 extra for additional tenant — some agents just charge you 2 full fees (not sure about the TDS charge though, as other agents I’ve been with used DPS and didn’t charge us to protect our deposit)
