I placed an order online on 24 October, I received an email to say the order had been processed, the money was taken out of my account. By 4 November I had not received the goods so I emailed the company. I received a telephone call to say that some of the items were not in stock. The lady I spoke to asked me what I wanted done about it! I said I would like my money back please. I am very concerned that a company will accept and acknowledge my order, take my money and then do nothing about contacting me to say there is a problem and to sort it out. Surely cash should not be taken until an order has been filled and despatched. I will not use this company again.
