Nice and friendly atmosphere, big screens if you want to watch football. Good selectuon of beers!

me and my wife had a meal here on a Saturday night, we’d booked an 8.30pm table which was a good job as by the time we arrived we had the last table. the bar area looks the same as it always has been but the restaurant has had a makeover since the & Dragon was added to The Plough. it was a wobbly start to our meal, we waited 10 minutes for a member of staff to bring us a menu and take a drinks order, and as we waited the two tables nearest to us were complaining about cold food and missing cutlery. a member of staff arrived and apologised for our wait, explaining that they were particularly busy. from that point onwards we enjoyed the experience, the menu has a vast choice and the food we ordered was lovely. our two courses were well presented and tasted great. this restaurant is quite local to me and i’ll probably return in the future.

In the pub you can get a mixed menu. Tuesday special is Thai & Pint night. Wednesday is Burger & Pint night.
The restaurant has a full menu and the food is superb for very reasonable prices. The staff were a bit slow, but it was early days. They are getting more popular. Well worth dining here.
The food here is superb.
