This store is rather large and all set on one floor. It stocks a variety of ranges, such as the kid/​teenage range and the tall and maternity sections.
The store can be hard to navigate on a first visit as it’s not very clearly marked out where each section begins and ends.
The staff aren’t particularly friendly but it’s ok.

A nice clean store with fairly good customer service. They seem to have quite a small range in comparison to the other New Look stores around though.
If something is not in store that you want and have seen in on the internet the staff will usually phone around some other branches for you to check whether they have what you are looking for.
The store itself is located in the broadwalk there is a choice of parking areas, you have the NCP multi storey car park, the Harvey Centre car park on even the Water gardens car park all are about the same distance from the store.
