I tried to cash two travelers checks. I ask if my drivers license wold work as ID and was told it would. Was then berated for not having a clear signature. Got passport and was made to resign checks repeatedly until the clerk was satisfied.
When I left I was berated for not being thankful. I was embarrassed and treated like a five year old school boy. Not reasons to give thanks.
Use another location if you can.
