Halfords at Lakeside is situated next to the turning for the Dartford tunnel, it is on a seperate part of the Retail park, which consists of a row of shops also including Decathlon and Laura Ashley. There is a medium sized car park there. Halfords is on two levels, it has quite a lot of equipment crammed into the shop, but still seems to have enough space for you to look around. I had reserved something online, when I entered the store I did not know where to go to collect the item, I asked the first member of staff that I came into contact with and they helpfully pointed me to the correct desk. Someone was being seen to so I was the next person in the queue. She asked the person to follow her, as she was going to get someone to fix something into his car, but did not acknowledge me, which I thought was a bit rude. I was stood there for a while, after about 5 minutes another member of staff came along and asked if I needed assistance and found my item for me. I do like the fact though, that they help you with fitting things into your car, I would however like to be acknowledged, or of the member of staff to find someone else to deal with me!
