Love bowling then megabowl is the ideal place (Screaming children can be avoided by avoiding early evenings weekdays and weekends) Even if you don’t want to bowl there is pool and 2 arcades to play around with. For those with children there is a jungle gym thing for them to keep them occupied.
Pleasant staff and a well stocked bar. Food is available mostly of the burger and chips kind which is a bit pricy for what it is. I would suggest you go to a MacDonald’s 1st if that is what you crave. Plenty of parking and easy access.

My daughter and I had a morning out with friends here during halfterm and I was pleasantly surprised. It was quiet, and the prices were reasonable — we paid £10 for the four of us to have a game, and the price included shoe hire. It tends to be cheaper to book in advance. The soft play area was expensive during the school holidays, but it did the job. I can imagine that if you have children below the age of about 3, the soft play area isn’t ideal, as parents are not allowed on the equipment and there is no desginated toddler area as far as I know. I will definitely be going back.
