This is one of the best KFC’s that i have been to since i opened a few years ago, It isn’t one of the easiest places to get to and plus it is right by the canal so you can easily sit outside in the summer with your KFC. I have had friendly staff take my order in a really friendly atmosphere and was very kind to me. I had spilt some drink there one time on the floor and the staff kindly offered me a free drink witch was so kind of them. I have never had any bad food from here and everything has been cooked to perfection and tasted good, They need to make bigger boxes and carriers for there big buckets for takeaways. apart from that i love this KFC where i live so handy to have one close by.

Ate here today and although food tasted good we both had bad stomachs later on in the evening. The tables were really dirty and hardly any of them had been cleared, the toilets also smelt bad. If the kitchen was as dirty as the rest of the restaurant it’s no wonder we both felt ill 12 hours or so later

This is the nicest KFC in Gloucester — although it’s not the easiest to get to!
The restaurant is fairly big, and it’s right by the canal, so it’s nice to go and sit by the water and eat your lunch (Please don’t throw your rubbish in!!)
They only have a small car park, but this KFC is never really that busy.
The staff are like all KFC staff! But they do serve you quickly and rarely make mistakes.
The toilets are usually really clean here and I’ve found that most of the tables get cleared quite quickly.
There are toys for the kids to play with and keep entertained whilst you eat your dinner, which is always a bonus!
