Nice, traditional Cantonese bakery tucked away in this small business complex. Freshly baked goods for take away or eating in.

First again, this can’t be right?
I’m again surprised this hasn’t been reviewed. You know all those dumpling places? This bakery is where the workers’ come on their day off, picking up Chinese buns and cakes for the whole family. Char Siu bau, cocktail buns, pineapple buns, egg tarts, cakes galore and my personal fav, a £1 spam and egg bun!!!
Just pick up a tray and with some tong action collect whatever tickles your fancy. Don’t expect palatial surroundings, it’s strictly a wipe down tiled affair and the service is… Well let’s say it’s efficient without a smile. But sit in or take away, it’s my fav Chinese bakery in town and by the looks of it being sought out more often by us Gweilos.
