Booked a deal through a well known website for HD Brows. Phoned and booked my appointment. Turned up at the shop thinking I was a bit early. The lady informed me that I was infact LATE? and that she couldn’t do my eyebrows. I was stunned. She said that my appointment was for 3.30 and as I was over 5MINUTES? late I couldn’t be taken as she had someone coming at 4. I checked my phone, after fumbling in my bag for a minute and it was only 3.35, she showed me her wee clock on her overall which said 3.40(who’s more likely to have right time? My phone or her watch clipped onto her overall?). I was so stunned I forgot to argue that my appointment was for 4pm, I’d never book an appointment for 3.30 as I finish work at that time it just so happened I’d got away early. She told me that my appointment was now forfeited. I explained that I needed it done for my brothers wedding in a few days but she wouldn’t budge and she said she didn’t have anything else until after the wedding although the book looked like it had plenty of room to me!!! A few of my friends have been in and said they’ve had to wait up to 20 minutes before being taken and had they known I was going to buy the deal for The Brow Studio they would have advised me against it. I can see what they mean. I called the deals website customer complaints and thankfully I am getting a full refund but I’m stuck now to get my eyebrows done for the wedding all over 4 minutes and this woman being absolutely determined I wasn’t getting my appointment. Very very petty. I’m not usually late for appointments but on occassion, beauticians are fine about it obviously she thought since it was paid in advance(through the website) she could get out of doing my eyebrows. I will literally tell everyone who will listen to me about this horrible experience. Absolutely disgusting. Lost a good customer and a good tipper.
