This is the sister company of home sale online. This company conned me by pretending to be on rightmove and are NOT!!! Also, their home report has no mortgage valuation and solicitor advised not worth the paper it is written on. THEY ARE NOT RICS REGULATED.

If there was an option to rate this company with zero stars I would. Firstly, the booking process is not the easiest and then my survey date was changed twice which caused me not to have my house on the market for the date I wanted. Also, I asked this company why they did not display the RICS logo anywhere and they advised that you did not have to be regulated by RICS to carry out such reports. I find this terrifying that companies can pretend to be chartered surveyors when they are not! Do not use I had to get to big firm to do my report.
