Niu Cafe

Lovely small café owned by a Chinese family. Its a mixture of greasy spoon, lunches, Chinese food. Wines and beers. It caters for everyone. To the workers for a roll and sausage, to an all day breakfast also a wonderful seafood stir fry. They do a 3 course lunch for £6 and its superb with a huge choice of meals. The staff are wonderfuly friendly and nothing is too much trouble. The service is fast and efficient. Always busy on weekend mid mornings for the hangover crew and they sell a hearty breakfast to pick you up for the day. Regular folk drop in for take away foods and snacks. There is a child’s menu as well. All in all a good little place, but can be hard to find off the main street. Go if your in rutherglen, you wont regret it.
