So tiny and with the big window like a goldfish bowl. Libraries are great if you have tine to get lost in browsing and leafing through here you feel self concious and rather in the way(which you often are given how small it is you are forever having to shift out of peoples way)

The Lenzie Library, which is located on Alexandra Avenue opposite the station car park, is actually a really tiny library. It’s no bigger than a shop front, but is still popular with the local community. The staff are very friendly, and are happy to put up posters for community events, and even circulate them round other East Dumbartonshire libraries. Although the library is really small, it has a good selection of reading matter and learning facilities. It also runs a lot of events for children — meaning that there are often a few buggies parked up outside it while the mums and toddlers spend time inside.
