I’ve always wanted to try Kiehls products and what better place to do so then their brand spanking new Glasgow store :) the place is beautifully set up and has two floors. I stayed on the first floor and was helped by a nice sales clerk. She wasn’t super welcoming but she got to the point about the products. A lot of it had to do with English not seeking to be her first language. Anyway the overall experience was good. I purchased a facial moisturiser and cleanser. The best part is they seem to have a 28 day return policy.
