This is a lovely clean bright and sunny branch of the eponymous Greggs the bakers. It is often busy with kids from the nearby schools, but don’t let that put you off, as it is quite big inside, they always seem to have loads of stuff in the oven, in case they run out, and loads of staff on to serve everyone. They do lovely sandwiches and pastries and yummy cakes which you can buy by the box. My favourites are the macaroni cheese pies, mexican chicken bites, and the heavenly fudge donuts. It is hygenic and well priced and now I feel like going round and queuing outside til they open tomorrow morning!
