left two pairs of gucci and prada shoes here to be resoled charged me for leather and glued on rubber to one pair. Ruined one pair by buffing brown shoes with black polish and ground chunks out of original soles on other covering the side steps in glue shoddy workmanship. Went back to complain and was given abuse and even denied me having had the repairs done in the first place. Avoid these people.
