Shambles. I had issues with a tablet which was just outside of warranty and which I am trying to get repaired by Amazon under Sales of Goods. As such, I need a diagnosis from a shop stating that it’s an inherent fault, not misuse/​wear and tear.
Dropped the tablet in and was told that the engineers would look at it and I’d be contacted «soon». I waited three weeks, and went back in. The tablet was sat there as if it had been left since I departed. It hadn’t been opened and all I had was an invoice which stated the symptoms I’d described to the staff member along with a charge of £25 for the privilege of them typing it up.
Absolute joke. Wouldn’t go near them again for anything.

Used to use them years ago, had many bargains but sadly oversadowed by better quality choice & range from online sellers
Gave them 3 stars purley for nostalga
