Asda Stores

For me this is the best large food shop in cumbernauld .
It is very well priced and always has great deals on .
The clothes section is reasonable as it has been made smaller to accomodate the homewhere section so that they could extend the food and cosmetics sections .
It is open 24hrs and is very conviently placed and really easy to get to either on foot, car or by bus .
I think its better than the tescos as it has a more varied selection of everythin and the staff are nicer here (they arent all spotty students like in tesco !!!)

I do not know what it is about this shop that puts me off. The staff are helpfull and polite and the checkout staff do tend to have smiles for you. There prices are competitive, they are open 24hrs and they tend to have a well stocked shop. I suppose maybe because I find it hard to find things sometimes, possibly because I do not always shop there. It has a pharmacy and optitions and a photo shop as well as a good selection of clothes in the George department. There is a large carpark and also a 24hr petrol station with a car wash.

this is a huge 24 hour asda. it has a massive car park but anytime i go i can never get parked anywhere near the door. it has a lot in this particular store. they have a pharmacy, a café, a camera shop, clothing dept (upstairs), electrical dept, homeware dept, lottery and cigarette counter, toy dept, music dept and obviously the whole supermarket, food and drink thing. it is a very busy store, so i find that a lot of the time the shelves are half empty (i’m obviously a pessimist)! the tills are mostly all open, but still you get ques.

a huge asda. it has a large clothing dept upstairs. they also have a pharmacy, camera shop, home ware. a huge car park. only thing is it can be very busy. and its a 24 hour store
